The Foundation exists to provide funding and support for three critical initiatives: Officer / Department Wellness, Community Outreach, and Human Trafficking Awareness Training.  Our programs positively impact the Harbor Police Department, our local, underserved youth, and the victims of human trafficking across San Diego.  Our mission is only made possible by generous donations from our amazing community.  From the Foundation as well as the Harbor Police Department, we thank you for your support and contribution!​
